Telephone orders are welcome.

Before you call, may we recommend you browse through the products available and make your choice. It may help to write your order down before you call, this way it can be a simple process. We are open from Monday to Friday between the hours of 10 AM to 5:00 PM and one of our staff will talk to you in person. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Switch cards, please have your card details ready when you call.

If you find posting your order convenient please use the address above. An order form will be made available for download soon.

A few tips about using our on-line ordering process

You are not required to use a credit card to order products from Eladon Ltd. on our web site. Create your order and the system will give you the opportunity to print off your order for off-line submission.

If you do chose to use your credit card, we accept Visa and MasterCard (Switch Cards must be done though the off-line Option). Your credit card is not processed until your order is ready to ship. Information you enter is secured via Secure Server Software and is not accessible to the general public.

Once you enter the order process, you can exit at anytime simply by closing the window. You can switch between your shopping basket and the online catalogue to get specific information about the product you wish to purchase.
